Shipping and Returns Policy

Quotes Delivery Timeframe:

The delivery timeframes indications or promises are made considering the ideal scenarios and are only estimates. 3S Safety is not bound by any such quotation and neither to be held liable for any loss, damages, or costs (including loss of profits etc. or direct/indirect or consequential loss of any kind) incurred due to late delivery, shortage of quantity delivered, or non-delivery.

Order Delivery Timeframes:

We will dispatch your order within in the timeframe specified. However, under any circumstances, if we are unable to dispatch your order, then we will notify you of the expected date of dispatch and or offer an alternative solution.

While we will always endeavour to dispatch your order in full, there will be some orders that may or may not be shipped in full at the same time. In this case, we will ship your order in instalments i.e. have your good delivered in more than one delivery. You will be notified prior to dispatch.

Failure to deliver an instalment shall not entitle the buyer to reject the contract as to any instalments already delivered. However, you are welcome to cancel any undelivered instalments up until the instalment is established.

Order Delivery instructions:

The delivery instruction specified by you for an order will be at your own risk. 3S Safety will not be responsible for any order that is delivered as per your specified delivery instructions.

The cost of shipping that has been quoted to you will be applicable.

Damaged Deliveries:

3S Safety kindly request you to inspect the goods when it arrives by courier. In the situation, if the goods arrive damaged on delivery, please inform us about this immediately so we can provide a swift resolution. Please keep the original packaging.

Please note that we can only make claims with the freight companies within the 7 days of the delivery of the goods. If you fail to inform us within that period, we are unable to place a claim with the freight company.
No claim for under/short supply of goods will be accepted by 3S Safety later than 7 days after receipt of goods, except at the discretion of 3S Safety.

* Dangerous goods cannot be shipped to a Rural Delivery address. 

Returns/Credits: 

A Returns Authorisation form must be sent with all returns.  To request a returns authorisation form, please either email sales@3ssafety.co.nz or call us on 0800 102 996 with your invoice number & reason for the return.

Covid-19 Update:

Please be aware that due to the circumstances, our standard return policy will not apply.

We will not be accepting any returns of extra product or extra volume of products ordered during the pandemic period. Additionally, COVID supplies cannot be returned.

Once the outbreak is deemed to be over our returns policy will return to normal. This related to Covid related products only.

All Returns must be made within 7 days. Goods must be in a resalable condition, in the original packaging and with a copy of the original Packing Slip/Invoice.

Where goods being returned are not defective, any delivery costs incurred returning goods will be at the expense of the customer and a return or restocking fee of up to 15% may also apply.

Branded Gear:
Any goods personalised with embroidery or company logos cannot be returned.

Footwear: 
Boots returned under warranty must be cleaned before returned as it is a health & safety requirement.
